Like a lot of other people, USA Credit did it to me too. I called them and canceled completely. I tried to dispute the charge at my bank. Because it was an ACH, I was told that I had to get the company to put the money back. I called them, The rep called my bank, and in a 3-way call they said they would put the money back. That was on 04/04/07.
It is now 04/25/07, and they still have not put it back. I got a lot of my info from reading the reports on this site. I then reported this info to the Better Business Bureau. It was there that I found out that USA Credit is also listed as Commonwealth Network. I was informed that the following branch of the BBB handles companies in that area.

I had a problem with their online complaint form because it asks general questions and asks you about your info, and that's as far as it goes. Maybe they're having a system problem. I then sent an email to the address above. (between the fax # and the URL) stating my info, USACredit's info, and the situation. I also mentioned the reports I read on this site.
So if everybody who has been ripped off by USA Credit goes to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and files an official complaint, something will have to be done. Let's band together with the BBB and tell USA Credit/USA Platinum/Commonwealth Network, "Hey we are not taking this, and you are not taking us. You must give us our money back!" This way, maybe we can be more effective in preventing them from ever doing this again.
I think they should be put out of business completely. Yes America is the land of the free, but that doesn't mean that any company is free to rip people off.
