Rep solicited me on the phone telling me that they would give me a 2000.00 secured credit card for a down payment of 200.00. After waiting months to hear a responce they said it was a catolog site card and it was not a credit card. Ripoff

A representative solicited me on the phone telling me that they would give me a 2000.00 secured credit card for a down payment of 200.00. After waiting months to hear a responce they said it was a catolog site card and it was not a credit card. So I told them I wanted my money back and they told me no refunds and closed my account keeping my money and leaving me with nothing. After several letters I attenpted to get my 200.00 dollars back and they denied me. They also closed my account so I can not even get a product. Not that I want one from there rip off company.
