Dishonest fraudulent billing rude and obnoxious harassing ripoff

I entered into an agreement with GC Services Arizona office. The representatives were helpful and respectful, and provided detailed explanations about how the program works. Since I am currently being garnished and did not know who was garnishing me, The reps (Jennifer and her supervisor Russ) assured me that they would send a "release of garn" fax to my employer, which would immediately stop the garnishment, at which time I would start making automatic monthly payments to GC Services.

Concurrently, I began receiving phone calls daily from someone named Alexis who says she was my account rep from their Columbus office. I explained that I had been speaking almost daily to the arizona office, and I told her the arrangements that were made. She informed me that Jennifer in Arizone is wrong and was new to the company and didn't know what she was talking about. After hanging up with her I immediately called Jennifer in Arizona who told me that everything was going as we had discussed.

With April 10th fast approaching, I again contacted Jennifer, who explained that we can put the payment arrangement on hold until they were able to stop the garnishment.in the meantime, Alexis started calling my cell phone and asking for another person who I had given as a reference. I explained to her that this was my phone, she had reached me directly and there was no need to contact a reference, since she has no trouble locating me.

Alexis was incredibly rude and obnoxious, insisting that I was refusing to return paperwork - which I still have not received. I again called the Arizona office and spoke to Russ - who was presented as Jennifer's supervisor, since she was out of the office. Russ seemed confused about the conversations with the Columbus office, and apologized for Alexis and her male supervisor's rudeness, and promised to get back to me. He confirmed that paperwork had been mailed to me at my home on april 3rd.

I informed him that I have not received any paperwork, but will await his phone call. The bottom line: GC Services went ahead anyway and took $155 from my checking account, I'm still being garnished bi-weekly, and I have yet to receive any paperwork.

I contacted Sallie Mae myself, and am waiting to hear from them while the harassing phone calls come in daily from Alexis and her ignorant supervisor (wish I had his name). Calls continue to come to my cell phone from Alexis asking for the reference, and insisting that I have no choice but to deal with them.
