Dishonest fraudelent harassing ripoff

In reference to my garnishment: I was not notified about my garnishment. It just showed up on my paystub as an "Educational Loan", and I contacted my HR Dept. Who confirmed that it was the US Dept. Of Education. I had been hounded by both GC Services and Pioneer Credit as they both had my Sallie Mae Loan info.

I'm still getting the phone calls from Alexis and her supervisor who insist on berating me and telling ma that I have no choice but to deal with them. I've contacted Sallie Mae myself and will wait for them to get back to me as promised.

I made the mistake of thinking that GC Services was a credible business and wanted to stop the phone calls. They insisted that the only way to get the calls to stop and my delinquent loan info off my credit report is to sign up for the "Program".

My problem arose when another of GC services offices got involved, and would contradict everything their Arizona office said. Everytime I got a call from Alexis in Ohio, I called Jennifer in Arizona to verify that we discussed still stood. Then Alexis would call again, and reiterate that my account is on her desk so I have to go with what she says, discounting all that was agreed to with the Arizona office. This constant back and forth left me second-guessing whether I had made the right decision - which I no longer felt I had - and prompted me to try to resolve this mess myself.

I would have no problem dealing with GC Services if I didn't have to deal with so many different representatives who are not always truthful, who each have a different version of the facts, and most of whom seem to have no idea about their own company policy. They were dishonest, and fraudulently removed money from my account. If I had the money, this would not be an issue.
