Ripoff Stalls Still No Payoff Balance Upon Written Certified Request

Being Newlweds we are happy to start our new life together... But CashCall is determined not to give us a final payoff balance! CashCalls self admitted lawyer herself refused to give my wife her payoff balance over the phone, after threatening to garnish her wages. Well... After missing 3 payments she just wants to pay it off cash with the income tax... The loan was $2500 and now with 96% interest it's about $4500?!

Well... We made a written legal demand to provide us with the payoff balance... Not in an email, no not in a phone call. But on a SIGNED CashCall letterhead. And gave them a couple of days to get it to us. I'll leave out the company attorney name for now... But if she doesn't come around with the PAYOFF BALANCE I'll call ALL my buddies in the press! (I love to write) For now. I, ll leave the Attorney Generals office alone until I get a Response ON Paper. CashCall get this...
