Ripoff definately a scam business

Goodmorning, i was also a victim along with my husband of this company. They definately take your money. We too got a call from walter simmons ext 414, about two weeks ago, and he told us that we were approved for a 5,000 dollar loan and because we were late on our mortgage payment we figured we could definately use the money. So we agreed and he faxed my husband the documents at work, and we looked them over to our knowledge we thought it was a faithful company. So we signed and faxed them back to him. We were told that we would have to make 5payments because my husbands credit score was to bad and we needed to secure the loan. So we went to the bank took out 760.00 and we were told to send it western union to an april scott in new york city, ny.

We did so we were told that it was verifyed and that we would have the money in our bank account in 24 hrs. Well 24 hrs later nothing showed we contacted the company and walter simmons wouldnt return our calls. We then proceeded to talk with a supposedly gentlemen from accounting very rude guy. He told us that walter simmons had midrepersented the company and that they needed 10 payments so another 760.00 for us to get our loan. We said no and wanted our money back. The guy was so mean and rude he said i will not refund your money and he hung up on me. I called the fraud department of western union, i was told to contact the crime unit online, the bbb.org, the attorney generals offices, and also local authorities. We have tried several times now for the passed week to contact the company.

We have left several messages and no response. Yesterday alls we got was thank you and goodbye when we called the 1-888-263-7856 number. Now today its back on but no one answers. IF anyone has gotten any more information on this company please reply back. Me and my husband would greatly appreciate it very much. We are out over 800.00 and thats alot of money to lose.
