Walter Rice The most professional and believable SCAM!

I have never fallen for a scam, but this was not an ordinary scam. This company told me that I was approved for an unsecured loan of 5,000 and there was an upfront fee needed to purchase insurance for this loan. I was told that it should be sent through western union and I would get my money back for sending it. When they told me I was to send the payment to Torronto, Canada I asked why, and Walter assured me that being that they US was in an economic crisis, they delt with lenders in Canada, I paid about 800.00 to a Robert and was assured that the money would be in my account the next day. After hanging up, I realized that I had not given any account information to this company so I called back for a week staright and did not get an answer. I finally got through to someone and told them I needed to speak with someone concerning my account and they put me on hold. The telephone hung up and that was the end of that. I knew then it was a scam. I called Hartford's city hall and that company did not exist in the directory. I still have not been able to contact this company.
