AMC Will not return numerous phone calls Ripoff

I fell behind on mortgage payment and tried to workout a payment plan. After faxing me the information to a financial statement, I faxed back all the information requested. This was 3 weeks ago. I have been calling everyday leaving messages for Titania Whitfield and none of my phone call have been returned. If anyone knows of anyway to assist me in getting this resolved, please let me know.
