Ripoff Withdrew $159.95 from my bank acount without me knowing Los Angeles California

I applied for a pay day loan and all of a sudden I get money taken from me rather then a loan. EDP withdrew $159.95 from my account.

I called them and they told me that I had 3 days to request a refund. They cashed the check on the third business day at midnight. I think I was sleeping at the time.

They did not send me confirmation email that I even pased a order, so I did not even know this was going to happen. Three days is not enough time for a cancellation when you dont even know you pased an order.
