Speech Less! Ripoff

I'am speechless! I was trying to log onto Wells Fargo's website to see what my options were since I got papers from a attorney's office from Wells Fargo about a court date on April 30th.

Thats the day they will be forclosing on my home, but in stead consumer complaints website came up. After reading one story after another I'am speechless every story sounds like my experence with Wells Fargo as well.

To make a very long story short I was placed on a modifcation program in Jan. 2007 after falling behind on my monthly payments after losing my bussiness.

The plan was payments had to be made by the 13th of each month. Jan. & Feb. Payments were made by the 13th. My job changed so my pay day changed.

I sent a Western Union Speed pay on the 20th of this month. When I contacted Wells Fargo with the speed pay info. The young lady I spoke with said the payment was late and I had until April 1st to have $3100.00 dollars are they was going to take my house.

When I asked her of my other options she said I had none and I needed to contact the attorney's office handling the case to get the payment back I just made and to find out my other options.

After contacting the atornney's office I was told that didn't make much sence and I needed to call back to Wells Fargo and speak with the person who set up the loan modifcation.

I have been calling sence March 20th leaving one message after another and still no returned phone call or returned payment!

I was speechless before now I'am really at a lost for words and I thought it was just me! What shall I do now?
