Ripoff Late fee fraud

I mailed my payment on March 8. It arrived at their Phoenix collection center March 12. They sat on it for a week and then charged me $80 late fee.

For the next 17 years they are going to have to SIGN for every payment. I hope it costs them far more than the $80 they ripped off. I hope this alert costs them business. I hope they learn that F*ING WITH ME AIN'T PROFITABLE!!
