Warning!!! Do not get a loan with indymac bank!!!
I was slapped with a $14,650 pre-payment fee for paying my loan.
I was never late on my mortgage payment. The prepayment fee is the biggest scam ever. Make sure you dont get a loan with Indymac bank because they will lie to you that they won't charge you a pre-payment fee and then turn around and take your money.
