We simply eventually shut on the short-sale home that required more than 6 weeks. The vendor's mortgage was with Indymac. They're a lender to complete business with. They do not return calls, they alter there tale from week to week, and nobody is responsible. We were in the final stand the Wednesday before Christmas (that they selected day). Then as we are there they didn't deliver within the acceptance notice since some expert was outoftown that had a need to sign-off onto it. This destroyed out Christmas and of course all the people associated with this case. Lastly we shut recently however it got more than 3 hours and nearly did not occur simply because they needed anything modified about the HUD that were there the entire period. If you should be attempting to purchase a home and Indymac is concerned be ready for an extended delay and never many solutions.
