I bought the Simple Mans Guide to Real Estate hoping to save money. I was wrong, it claimed to give me all the current methods of doing real estate deals. It did but was too general to be useful, just a book report of stories and filler. Save your money go to the library. Also the refund policy is AFTER one year of using it you can ask for your money back.
