Scam, Rip Off, Fraudulent Company & tactics

It was Novemeber when I was presented with the investment program Wolfe Capital Group has. Each of the sales agents presented the same information about how a person (s) can invest/pay $30,000 for a Real Estate Holdings LLC with a Letter of Credit of $1 million for the sole purpose of purchasing Real Estate.

However, it's odd MOST of their sales agents have resigned from this firm, many citing deceptive & stalling tactics from the firms president / CEO James B. Wolfe against it's clients.

I gave $30,000 in December and was informed I would be presented with my LLC in 30-days. It's now March and no one calls me back, their secretary tells everyone "Mr. Wolfe will call you back." but that never happens. He has ignored my emails, faxes and phone calls

I spoke with 4-other clients of this firm and some say they where actually given their LLC, BUT no Letter of Credit OR properties for which to purchase as they claimed. Mr. Wolfe has only stalled and lied to us.

I do not reccommend anyone doing business with this firm. They claim to have a money back guarantee, however I've yet to see mine. A former agent has given me Mr. James Wolfe cell phone and he keeps his phone mail box full on purpose to avoid taking more calls. I've called from a variety of phone numbers and 3-times I was able to speak with him, each time he stated I would have my items delivered in full within 7-business days and each time this has NOT happened!

Avoid yourself the frustration of conducting business with this company as they do NOT have any client base to speak of which will provide a good or fair testimony.

About 10-days ago their website; www.wolfecapitalgroup.com was taken down with the company claiming it was for a major upgrade.interesting they ONLY item updated was their office address information was REMOVED.

I will keep this site updated on results. If you know of ANYONE that has a postive feedback for this firm please, please let us know.

I would like to see Wolfe Capital offer some insight as to their mis-deeds.
