Ameriquest ripoff Foreclose non-responsive unprofessional extremely dishonest

I have had the extreme displeasure of dealing with this company for almost three years now. Last November I got a letter telling me that due to my 3rd year adjustable rate, my monthly payment was increasing $160 and 2%. I have fallen behind and received foreclosure notice at the end of February.in addition to missed payments, there are late fees, bogus fees such as "appraisal charges" and what they term "foreclose charges". The forecluse charges are $2200 and according to two of their representatives, are for "attorney fees". I spoke to the title company who sent me the foreclosure paperwork and they denied that an attorney is involved. I am pretty sure the title company is a subsiderary of the mortgage company. I cannot get the representatives to give me a consistent dollar amount. Each call in attempting to make payment arrangements has resulted in 3 different figures, and each one contradicts the other. I am trying to put money down to stop the foreclosure proceedings and the figures are good only until March 30. I have attempted once last week and 3 times this week to make arrangements and for one reason or another, they are not willing to get started. I believe they are delaying so that April fees and new "attorney fees" can be added. One of their representatives told me that after the first of next month, they will be charged by their "attorney" and I would then incur those new charges.
