Homesrelief.com AKA Discount Direct Marketing On The Better Business Bureau's Website Blantant deception over the phone as well as the ad on craigslist, will hide behind completely unreasonable refund policy

My report is similar to the report on this site as well as the ones on the Better Business Bureau's site... Www.bbb.com.

This company gave me VERY misleading information as to what it takes to utilize the information given, even down to the Craigslist ad that I called originally. The sales rep I talked to even admitted while laughing that the ad was non-existend and used for marketing purposes (which said absolutely nothing about the program they offer.

While waiting for my password to be sent to me to login, I did not remember the url that I needed, so I did a Google search only to find that several links popped up talking about what a scam this was and how impossible it is to get a refund. I called back trying to get ahold of someone to report that not only was their link down, but that I wanted a refund based on the "F" status on the BBB. He explained at that point that I had to login to the site to download their refund form. The only way to login and download their refund form is to accept the legalities and policies that they hid behind to keep from giving you a refund.

So, they can take your money over the phone, but not give you a refund over the phone.in order to get a refund you have to login to their site, download, fill-out, and mail in their refund form (which is completely unreasonable).in order to login to their site for the first time, they force you to accept the very policies, and disclaimers that they hid behind to keep from giving you the refund.

I mostly blame myself for not seeing the red flags on this scam... But that doesn't make their operation even remotely ethical... And barely legal if legal at all.

This company hasn't been around long enough to have these types of complaints, and I've not heard anything good about them whatsoever.

Please refund my full amount.
