What a crock ripoff Houston Texas

I enrolled in a program with gc services in order to repay student loans. The agreement that we came to was that i would an x amout of dollars each month after 6 months my interest rate would be lowered and i could go back to school. No problem there yet! The other part of the agreement was that they would no longer take my taxes, to dya I received a letter stateing that my taxes were being kept any how due to the fact i have not been in the program long enough.

It was not stated until today when I confronted them about it, that i would have to complete the program in order to start keeping my taxes again. This was a total misrepresentaion on their part.
