Ripoff Totally ripped me off and it never ends!

About 7 years ago I had required a great amount of debt from three major companies. One being a student loan, a car loan and a credit card. I went to Budget Counselors to get them to consolidate the loan and begin a payment plan so that I could clear these things off of my credit. I was dumb enough to sign a contract that I would pay them for a period of years If they agreed to eradicate these debts. Not only did they never get in contact with the companies that I'd given to them and pay them any monies, but they kept my money and when after several months of credit calls from these companies kept happening I stopped paying them (Budget Counselors). They put it on my credit report that I owed them an additional $150.00. When I got in contact with the company and asked them what happened to the money I had paid them they told me that they had never bothered to get in contact with those companies, but since I had signed a contract they were intitled to whatever money I owed them. I had to pay them $150.00 to get them off my credit report and they are still on there.
