Exhorbitant, unlawful fees

We Paid off the mortgage with this company in June. Sent the exact amount they said was needed to pay off the mortgage.

After the fact, discovered there were some fees that had been assessed, we felt not owed and asked for an explanation and then a refund. Our requests went unanswered.

Sued in local district court and won a judgement against WAMU in November. Have contacted the company and after talking to a representative 3 or 4 times, they always seem to disappear and have to get a new representative.

We have a valid court judgement aprox $800 and don't know how to collect from them.
