We were pushe into doing an adjustable rate. We were told that we could refiance in two years before it would adjust and get a better rate. Our house payment went from $773.00 a month to 921.81 in two years. We tried to sell our house due to the neighborhood was getting really bad. We could not sell house because we owe way more then the house is worth. Litton acted like they did us a favore and refienced at a lower rate, but then added $7,000.00 more dollars on the house that is way over fianaced. We have decided to let the house go due to we can not keep tentants or charge the price we need to pay the house payment.
