I borrowed $200 on 12/22/06 I see now (they sent a loan description after I had already signed o loan) at a rate to 322% monthly they have taken out 175.00 so far as of 2/22/07 and not put in another 200 or renewal. Ripoff

This company is charging me 322% interest per month on a $200 loan, They have already deducted $175.00 from my account and looks like they are going to coninue to do that unless I can find a way to stop them. I have asked my bank not to accept any transactions of ameriloan but I don't know if that will work.

I am on SSI Disability with a terminal illness and on Hospice in home care. I cannot afford this - I cannot even pay my utility bills etc. This kind of thing must stop.

I will close out my account but that will be difficult because my SSI check is direct deposited. What to do?
