I tried the cancel my renewal 3 times, they never contacted me on how to do that ripoff

In July I borrowed $150 which was deposited in my account. A month later when it was close to the due date, I contacted Customer service to make sure my renewal was cancelled so I could just pay the remaining balance, then close the loan.

I was told they would email me the info on how to do that. I never received any information from them, (I called 3 times) and then they began to take $45 per month from my checking account. It is now December 30, and they have taken another $45 plus $50 from my account.

They have taken a total of $275 for a $150 loan. I don't know what the interest is, but doesn't this sound like enough money taken already?

I want to make sure this loan is not renewed, and I have no way of knowing this, because they have not notified me of anything.

Please, any advice?
