This company does business on the Internet under the names of "Namaste Investment Group" they also could be found under www.wepay10percent.com. They promise you 10% interest on the money that it is lended to them. They state that the loan is backed by a "Deed of Trust" and they also state that you can get your money out at any time as long as 30 days notice is given.

Well, this place thrives on lies. It is true that you are given a Deed of Trust. However, you will NOT receive your money if you ask for it and, in order to get your money back you have to threaten them that you will take them through "Foreclosure" proceedings.

Another thing, They will either be late making your interests payments or they will just not make them at all until you threaten them.

The company's president is a real "con artist". He will not return calls and when he does (after you threaten him with legal action) he will tell you that the issue has been taken care of. The only drawback is that this is also a lie.

The only thing that I can tell you is that there are a lot of honest businesses that will pay you a good return for you lended money but, this company is not one of them.
