Ripoff stole money from my checking acct lied dodging phone calls empty promises

This company's equipment was returned to them. I have the ups tracking # and proof of return.

Almost 1 year later they took five hundred dollars out of my checking account. They never contacted me to tell me they were going to do this. You can imagine what happened to my checking account.

The company agrees the machine was shipped back to them and was received by them, but will not return my money. They keep telling me, when I call them almost daily, that they owe me money. They even give me dates as to when the money will be put in my account but it never happens.

As a matter of fact, on one day they promised to return the money, I went to my bank to see if there had been any money deposited to that account, they told me no but a withdrawl was attempted. After the money was taken from my account I was smart enough to drain that account except for the five dollars that is required to keep it open, so they couldn't take more.

I have contacted the bbb, but of course there was no response from the company to resolve this issue. There are several other complaints about this company on the bbb website for Florida.

All I want is to get my money back and to warn people that AMERICAN CASH MACHINE is nothing but legal theives.
