NCO Financial
I'm not even the person they are looking for ripoff

NCO Financial has been calling my phone and has been told repeatedly that the person they are trying to reach does not reside at this phone number. They continue to call, even increasing the number of times a day they call. I continue to tell them that this gentleman does not live here and has nothing to do with my phone number. I have had this phone number since November and have never known the person they are trying to reach. I have filed a police report regarding NCO's harassment and have contacted the phone company who has placed a trace on my phone, and I have messages that the company has left on my answering machine.

NCO Financial has been informed of all of these things and they do not care and continue to call my phone number. At this point the police say that there isn't much that can be done because the company is not even based in the same state that I reside in. Tonight I wrote a letter that I will be sending to NCO Financial via certified mail and I am filing a complaint with my Attorney General.

I do not know what else I can do. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated as I am getting very tired of their phone calls. It would be bad enough if they were trying to contact me, but to get harassing phone calls for someone that I don't even know is ludicrous.
