CBCS A Collection service continually calling for an individual not at phone number Ohio

CBCS continually calls my home phone for a Charlene Duboise (sp?) who does not reside at the number they call. The phone rings with a recording to call 1-800-2223 and talk to a David Crane. After calling the number and reporting that a Charlene Duboise does not live here, the phone calls continue. I have been hung up on three times and been treated very rudely by their customer service representatives and this is becoming annoying.

I have called the Federal Trade Comission and been advise to write a certified letter with a return signature stating that the person who they have been calling at my residence does not live here and if the phone call continue that I will seek legal action if the phone calls persist. I cannot get any information as to CBCS's mailing address as I have been hung up on when calling. Can you help me in this matter? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
