Wish I had seen your site before I was ripped off

Boy do I wish I had seen the many posts in here regarding before I was suckered out of thousands.

Just like the other stories I've read, they did the same thing here in Virginia. After falling prey to their high pressure sales rep - who after being told we were not interested, just 'stopped by' our place of business. He gave a long song and dance about how much IPA could help our struggling family business and suggested that we go ahead with a no-risk "preliminary survey".

He stated their fee for this was $950.00 but because we could not afford that, he called his supervisor and was able to get it for us for the bargain price of $350.00.

During the 'survey' we were shown how much trouble our company was in and how much we needed IPA to show us how to be profitable.in the end, the grand total that we forked out to these clowns was $32,000.00, all of course, we could not afford, yet they 'showed' us how we could do it by cutting them some post dated checks and borrowing from more creditors.

The IPA reps make everything sound great, using high pressure sales and psychological tactics (they had me in tears on the first day of their visit). They tell you how you cannot afford NOT to hire them, that you will go be out of business if you don't. They also assure you that from their combination of profit enhancement and cost savings strategies, you will receive (WITHIN 12 MONTHS) a return of at least three times the amount of they charge you.

To date, our company is still reeling from the effects - though we've shown a small overall improvement since the IPA analysts were here, we are nowhere near the 3 to 1 return on the investment they promised.

I hope that sharing this story will at least prevent one business owner from becoming a victim of this scam. Do not do business with them, you will regret it.
