Negligence of paying property taxes, illegal transfers of money

The company was negligent in paying my property taxes for a whole year causing a Lean to be put on my home. I was unable to refinance because of the Lean causing my payment to sky rocket $800 more. The company also transfered surplus money from my escrow account without any written document from myself authorizing the transfer. There is also no indication on my account history that indicates such a transfer leaving $2,047.57 of my money lost.

When confronted with the problem American Home Mortgage gave me the run around and leaving me with unanswered questions and no refund check. On top of the negligence no customer care representative seems to know any of the companies policies giving me one form of resolving the situation later to speak to another person saying that the procedure provided is not within policy.

My account is current and up to date on all monthly payments, but because of the failed attempt to refinance I am no longer able to pay my monthly payment as it has sky-rocketed from $2300 to $3100 a month. I have spoken to two other people, one of whom had to claim bakruptcy before the company tried to help her and the other who was able to refinance out of the company, but wa very unsatisfied.
