Unauthorized billings

I had been online checking my bank account and discovered there have been two unauthorized costs of $34.99 designed to my bill - 1/19 today. Used to do not approve these costs so when I named Match.com customer support amount shown on my bank account, they stated they might not assist me and that I needed to deliver a contact to promises@support. Match.com simply because they couldn't observe something on my account. This really is inadequate support and that I am really upset that I really could not keep in touch with anybody personally and obtain this solved instantly. I've not be an energetic participant for more than 2 years.

I've put a freeze on my bank account and ended my card that has triggered a good deal of trouble since today I've to hold back 10 business days before I obtain a fresh card or have use of my bill. I can not record match.com and these costs to my lender till tomorrow since it is just a vacation. I've documented this event towards the Better Business Office. I'm really upset about that.
