Dishonest company, Empty Promises Stole over $2000!

I was contacted by phone from this company after submitting a request on home based businesses. My husband and I were looking for somthing to supplement our income, possibly replacing it over time. I talked several hours to their agents on the phone. At the time I even did some research and could not find anything negative on the firm. However, after several months into this "scam", I realize that it needs to be reported somewhere.

I purchase 5 affiliate sites, hosting for those sites (ebay, amazon, petsmart, windows casino and overstock) and even purchased their marketing tools. I was given a 100% satisfaction guarentee and was told that with a little work, this is profitable. I had 5 days to request a refund. After 4 days, I submitted my request for the refund and refused to sign any of their documents. After thinking on it a bit, I thought, well this is too chancy. So, I wanted my money back. They refused me my money back! Even though I had documents saying I could get it back!

Everything looks legit, I even have a way to check my sites. However, there is no activity happening. What they have promised they do not deliver on. I have tried to contact them on several occassions of the past several months with absolutely NO RESPONSE!
This business is a SCAM. I spent over $2000 to get signed up with this company with no return on investment at all. I have done my side of the work! Now, two of the sites I purchased do not work at all! Again, NO RESPONSE to this issue!

I will be taking further legal action against this company.
