Phone calls never returned. Website doesn't work to set appointments

This company inundates you with phone calls that repeat the same info ie. What wonderful tax breaks you are eligible for and to keep track of your expenses etc. They have your "accountant call you, they have appointments for this and that but always go over the same info. They are supposed to have a virtual book in which to keep records but it doesn't exist as of this date. They tell you to call with questions but when you do you get a mailbox and never a return call.

I have called many times left many messages and never had the courtesy of a call back. They do call to try to sell you their "Accounting Package" and tell you if you don't you must give them the liscense and serial # of the package you're using so they can submit it to the IRS. Again I tried to return the call and got no response.

They charged me a lot of money and so far I have gotten nothing but pitches about how much money I will save on my taxes.
