S Took my money and never sent credit card and won't return money

I have filed more than one report about Ameritrust Financials ripping me off for $200. They keep rebutting with a message that I need to contact the company to get this straightened out, but the number they keep giving me is one that you can never get through on. They are liars and thieves, and if I don't get my money back in one week, I will take all these reports to a lawyer and sue.
