Failure to process payment

After going through hard times and being in debt I am finally in a position to pay off some of my creditors who have been hounding me.in December I contacted one of my creditors, Capital One to set-up a payment plan. After paying off one debt with them by check over the phone, I set up a payment plan with them on another debt.

Imagine my surprise when the check that I mailed in never cleared. After calling Capital One they claimed to have never received, though they did change the address information that was incorrect, information they could only have gotten from the change address form that was with the check.

Be very careful when dealing with Rita at the following extention at Capital One 4532187. I find it hard to believe that they have been after me for so long to pay my debt and now that I have agreed to pay and have the means to do so I am just another number in the system.
