Misleading and a rip off

Hi, my name is David and I am too a victim of cash call. I just spoke to a lady on the phone and she said once I make one late payment the interest rate will kick in. I made one late payment for the month of January and I ask her if I pay the interest and bring in the rest of the money to pay off the current principal for the month of February will my account be closed.

She said no, "you'll still owe whatever you were suppose to pay for up to 2 years, which is a total of up to $9,000." I asked her but I thought there was no prepayment penalities, and she states well there isn't, but we keep on charging you 96% every day daily for two years."

This place is a ripoff and they lie to you all the time. One person says one thing and another person says another. This company is very misleading and requires the Federal Trade Commission or a Consumer trade company to come in regarding this matter. I'd say we try to mobilize and try to get every single person who's ever been ripped off by Cash Call to band together and strike back. Someone has to do something about this.
