Debit card payments returned causing NSF charges and no help from support

I got a debit card from this company and started direct deposit of my disability checks into it so when my check was deposited I waited a day or so after and went online to pay some bills three of them got returned so then I had three nsf charges plus the bills to pay I tried to call and talk to a supervisor four times and they wouldn't let me talk to anyone and said that they had not returned any debits to my account but I have the charges on my bills that says different so my advise: do not get a debit card from these people I filed a complaint with the BBB but as always I'm still waiting for a reply.
