Promised me a low rate to refinance if i would do the appraisal it cost me 350.00 and they lied and cheated me

Duane dougan customer manager took over this loan and was supposed to get me a low interest rate, and has not followed thru with it. I havent heard from him in over a week. Stephen short had it first hesw the one who made promises he didnt keep so duane was suppose to take care of it. This is the 2nd time this company has caused me to pay out 350.00 for an appraisal and didnt go thru with it. Please see if you can call them and see wht?
