Inc. Mortgage Fraud and Dishonesty Ripoff

Here is a prime example of Mortgage fraud to the highest level. This company receives kick-backs from the title agencies that it works with, which is in complete violation and conflict of interest to the mortgage industry. The Company Officers are as follows: Enrique Giordano (President), Don Szymanksi (VP), and Dan "The Scum Bag" Gorczyca (COO). (I hope I spelled that right). These 3 Morons couldn't find there ass with both hands let alone sell mortgages. This Company boasts of being in business for over 25 years when in fact they've only been around for about 5. Rick Giordano, is a sneaky conniving "wanna-be" entrepreneur who thrives in the shady underworld of kick-backs, fraudulent loan practices, and more than likely bribes as well. Creditors and bill collectors are knocking at his door wondering when they are getting paid. Don Szymanski, in this respect or; (lack there of) just goes along for the ride and really has no say in whatever the hell he thinks he is in charge of! Dan "the scum bag" Gorczyca, is lowest example of human debris on the face of this Earth. Just ask his ex-wife and kids, whom he can't see anymore due to court ordered protections. He is a drift back from the now defunct "The Money Store" and has successfully run every other business into the ground that he has been affiliated with since his departure. MLD Mortgage anyone? Supposedly he screwed that company up so bad, that the other owners bought him out just to get rid of him! Is this who you want soliciting your loans for you?

Steer clear of this company, from what I hear there are complaints being filed with the New Jersey Department of Labor (for Failure to pay there employees) and the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (for Fraud and other shady matters). They also operate under the auspices of; New World Realty and also run and operate Senior Spirit (a senior home) in Roselle Park, NJ. How about a big 2 middle-fingers up to these 3 brilliant corporate officers (so they say) and congratulate them for there miserable Bain of existence. Up at ya Mountainside Mortgage! The Fraud Police will be knocking next! Until then K-M-A.
