Calls numerous times a day. Phone numbers that i dont live at, that are my family, will not allow me to send in installments. Ripoff

This number calls me at least 5 times a day. They also call my familys' house, who I don't live with. Sometimes they even call me 2 or 3 times with iple of minutes. I spoke with an employee, once. (After I recieved many automated messages of them calling me with a phone number. I know that they are a collections agency, and I do have about 1000 dollars of credit card debt. But they told me that I could not pay them in installments, and that I had to pay them in full, over the phone. I cannot afford to pay them in full. I also told them that If thats the only way they will except my paym, ent then they would have to wait until I can afford it. They will not stop calling my phone repetively and it has become very frustrating. What can I do?
