I received numerous calls from this agency, who refuses to stop calling despite my contacting the creditor, who itiem was returned and niw demanding a tracking number, which I do not have, howeer, other items returned together with same and credits given for other items I explained this to the collection agency and there reply was we will keep calling and leaving messages on answer mschine pertaing to debt. ($16.54) It is not the amount, but the fact that I reeturned item. This agency claims they sent 0ne letter, which I did not receive, I just have their phone number and record of the numerous calls to me since April to date. 516-299-8264, they also call with a private number to continue the harrassment which was stated by a John from their agency who said he would continue to call despite the fact that I told him to stop, s they are waking my daughter who works nights, so each morning betwen 8:03-8:30 they call two oe three times. As wellas fiur or five times a day until 8"oo P.M. For the last 4 months, min 4 times a week. I can not write them notice as I have no address for them as they refuse to send additional letter, they claim they are only required to send one letter.
