EDP Reporting - Washington Mutual
Invasion of my Bank Account, Ripoff

This company (EDP Reporting) has been trying to pull $159.95 from my account on and off for 4 months now. I made the mistake of trusting my bank to investigate the fraudulent use of my account for a few months. I nievely thought that they would act upon it.

However, the most recent notification is that the bank will not do anything but offer a new account set up. This seems to be the only way to evade these attempts to take money from your account.

Once they have your routing number and account, they can write checks on your account. Some banks will not help you with this. Washington Mutual is one of those banks.

I had to pay an NSF fee and stop a payment fee to get EDP off my back in December 06, only for them to turn around with a new check a month later and a new attempt to take it from my account for the third time. My only recourse is to change accounts. Someone needs to investigate this company. They are obtaining our bank information and using it to pay themselves. Someone is making big bucks on this rip off scheme.
