Tried to take money from our bank account, keep calling and trying for debit numbers they have our numbers

I and my husbands bank. Posted on our account a overdraft fee on 149.95 on 1-9-07. We have not and would not apply for this card. Prior to this happening I recieved a phone call from this company saying that I had won a 1.000.00 shopping spree and that I would need to give them my husbands credit card information. I refused and hung up. Never recieving my so called shopping spree.

They send a e-mail daily saying that they have upped our credit limit from 7.500 to now 12,500.00 today. The bank sayed that they may try once again since the bank would not allow them access. And thank goodness we had insufficiant funds.

I then came home looked this com. Up on the internet and got nothing good. I hope that this company is prosicuted and put out of action. Hopefully before they do anymore damage to others. I and my husband are willing to cooperate with any action needed.
