Fraud, not paying escrowed fees

What about this... Our mortgage was moved around from Wells Fargo for this National Servicing Organization and after many efforts to obtain this straightened out, I'm still having no chance together. Our fees are escrowed into my home loan and being compensated but National Servicing Organization for Wells Fargo doesn't spend the fees at-all! Despite getting my cash for just two decades, they've yet to pay for the fees which are contained in my cost. Exactly what a scammers.
