We applied on line for a home loan with Matt Dimeke of Midwest mortgage here in Missouri. He told me off the bat he could work a loan for us to purchase our home at 32,000 he also said he would give us a waiver for the appraisal or that it would be taken care of. That we would not need to worry about it. During the whole loan proccess he could not get anything right. Meaning he would callus and say I have everything we need to close. But for three to four days after that he'd call and say oh Ineed you fax me this or that sometimes 3 and 4 times a day. Well then he ordered the appraisal the man came out walked in one door out the other. Then Matt Dimeke calls me and says that the appraisal came in at 32,000 just what we needed for the loan to go thru. 5minutes later he calls me and tells me the loan company dropped the amount of the appraisal to 28,000 and we would be out of pocket 100.00 dollars, now in the begining he told me no out of pocket expenses. Now 5 minutes later he calls me again and again the company dropped the amount to 24,400 and we would now be out of pocket 300.00 dollars to close the loan. So I'd had enough and talked to someone who knows all about real estate and real estate loans, they told me this guy was not doing right and if he were professional he would have had all his ducks in a row during the loan proccess and not changing everything every 5 minutes not to trust him. So we did not except the loan deal since he came way down from the 32,000 and a fixed rate to 24,400 to a arte that would change every 2 years by the time he was finished I wasn't sure of exactly what the loan was for. Now he has not taken care of the appraisal payment and we are being sued for it and making our credit worse thanks to this screwed up man.
