Skipped multiple mortgage payments and defaulted on agreement Ripoff

Following thru on my new year's resolution to make this woman accountable for her actions I bring you the following story.

Ms. Yvonne Tracey Dean of Students at Livingstone College signed an agreement to purchase my parents home in Salisbury North Carolina some six years ago. At the time of purchase, she claimed to be a retiring employee of Kraft waiting to receive her benefits and wanted my parents to allow her to assume a mortgage with them, which would include a final balloon payment at the end of five years. This seemed like a good arrangement for my parents as they were in their retirement years and received only social security benefits. My parents agreed to her plan. And at first, Ms. Tracy paid her mortgage but as the years went by she missed more and more of the payments. After my mother was taken ill and hospitalized she quit making payments all together.

My mother passed away about a year before the final balloon payment was due and has not made another payment since. She claims to owe the Federal govenerment back taxes but apparantly from what I've been able to determine this is all part of a manipulative pattern of fraud and deception she has managed to get away with her family and others for years. My father is elderly and disabled and thru legal channels has attempted to take back his home but by a series of mistakes in filing paperwork she still resides in the home. She has taken advantage of my parents and I hope at the very least she will be made to pay my father so he can live out his years with the money that is rightfully his. If not, Ms. Tracy be warned that this matter will not end with my father as he has sons, daughters and grandchildren who will be ready to take up the fight should he be unable to do so.
