AMC President's Office also Scammers & Pass the Buck along!

Well for those familiar with my previous complaint a few months ago I have an unhappy update. I have been working with the AMC President's office trying to come up with a "Reasonable" solution to the mess they have caused to my mortgage. I made 1 last attempt at getting them to right all that "They" have wronged but today in the mail I received a letter from the President's office saying that it's NOT their fault that the Appraiser "They" had do the appraisal 2.5 years ago was off by $48,700 plus an additional $20,000 that we have put into our house since then.

They told me that they could not rewrite our mortgage with our "FAIR" terms and if I should go after anyone it should be the appraiser! Well, the stupid appraiser worked strictly for them, not me!!! I wish I knew who the appraiser was because I would hound her also. Does anyone remember a female appraiser from Eaton Rapids, MI around 8?

Anyways, I am now more peeved than ever and no longer playing fairly... Could anyone give me the name/s of a lawyer that is familiar with AMC and who has gotten results around the Lansing, MI area? Anyones help would be greatly appreciated...
