Bank Of America
Overcharged their services Newberg nationwide

Business & Finance

Bank of America uses the excuse, of charging a whopping $35 overdraft fee, that the feds make them do it. If Bof A does not comply with a federal standard of $35
per overdraft fee it is in violation of federal standards and may be penalized by the federal government. I was under the assumption, the great saintly president Ron Regan released the federal reigns on the banking institutions by dereglating the banks.in fact I knoe he did. So whats up with these stupid excuses? These fees are too high. If you have a 35 cent overdreaft your going to pay 35 dollars. I know according to statistics 52% of baby boomers do not have savings accounts, health insurance, or retirement accounts. I easy to understand why. I just don't want to complain about it I'm going to do something about it and hopefully more will become aware and react.

Write you congressman or woman. Take action. They are ripping us all off. Everyday. I refuse to borrow or use credit. I encourage everyone to do the same. Lets force
the feds to get used to the real truth about our economy.
Lets end denial of our economy and force the truth to come out. Ordinary folks in this nation are struggling to stay solvent. Lets band together and stop this racket.
