Varous criminal practices-scam final settlement checks delivered day after hurricane. Disappearing adjusters nonpayment of contracts

I was offered $2, ooo in FINAL SETTLEMENT the day after I lost my roof. Thank goodness I read the fine print. Since then I have been lied to, avoid, hustled and scammed into never being able to file nor receive my WELL payed for home owners claims from Hur. Wilma. I was told I would be reinbursed for owner roof patching expenses. NO co no permit neede) then told I wasnt paid because there was no company name 8 months to finalized a roofing contract they accepted but the rooffer was not available for the next 4 months.

After I found another roofer I paid the deposit with my deductable, and they approvede the contract and recut the check but refused to send the mortgage co. A required adjustered report for 3 months after the job was finished — so the roofers put a lean on my home. Finalally after calling a lawyer and insurance commisioner they did. But Istill cant resolv the lean because the refuse to pay overages that THEY ALONE approved!

FINALLALLY my third adjuster finished the interior damagereport and I submited my personal items inventory — but in the middle of negotiations The Adjuster Told me on the phone he COULD NO LONGER SPEAK TO Me! He was off mycase!!! Now the MortageCo is complicating matters.

The LAwyers I hired in October HAve NEVER returned my calls or faxes, Only once to say he was on another trial, NOT to Speak to My insurance company,: they would. NOmy insurance policy is up for renewal, Isent it as welAN ITS WEEK I;ve hear NOTHING from nanybody. The Insurance co would love me to forclose or sell, so I would lose my claim all together. I has lost my life saving literally —whats going on with this?

AMERICAN MERCURY INS has ignored my writing request for my hurricane covers policy would takecalls sends me listes of contractors they have "Approved" to do the extensive ($60g) interior repairs ect but NOt a single one of them will come to work in MIAMI where I live. So whats the ppiont? Tese crooks want me to give up and just walk away... Would u? It has come down to saving my life OR my life savings
