Ripoff Customer Rep Kenya Brown - Donna Chilton - Cynthia Porter is dishonestand uses fraudlent charges that rips off hard working seniors Columbus

I would like to file a consumer complaint of fraud and/or truth in lending, please review and if this is wrong address please forward to someone who can help me. Thank you.

My Name is Donna and my account Number is *. I would like to file a complaint against Chase Home Finance Bank, 34 Vision Drive OH4-7166, Columbus, Ohio 43719 also the telephone number is 1-800-836-5656. Chase Home Finance Bank representatives call daily I have spoken with supervisors Kenya Brown and Donna Chilton and Cynthia Porter - I took out home equity loan with company last year, I have excellent credit and always paid payments on time. The loan was for 80000 home equity loan... I paid prime rate interest plus, in Sept wanted to pay loan off and so on bill was amount of payoff. Sent to Chase Sept 29., to PA address listed on bill. Received payment back Oct 15, so I called Chase and representative stated that statement did not have updated address, that new address was payment processing center in Ohio... The representative stated this was Chase bank fault for not updating the statements and my account would be back dated to Sept 29.

So I sent original payment check with a letter to close the account by registered mail on Oct, 19. Confirmation # 03061070000239607244..in which upon contacting the post office. This was signed for on Oct. 23 @8:30 in am. I spoke with Mrs Porter almost daily from Oct 19 to Nov. 2, to see if they had received the payment and letter to close the account, and in which Mrs Porter stated they may have signed for it but they couldn't find it and I was being charged over 20 dollars daily for interest and this was my responsibility until they received payment. I was very upset and authorized a check over the phone in the amount 80,682.46 in which Mrs Porter quoted me the payoff amount, I also requested once again to close the account... Once this check went through I received a letter from chase stating I owed another 600 in interest. I immediately called chase and asked why I still owed this amount, they stated that they could only back date the interest to Oct. 26 the day they signed for the original letter.

They stated unless I had proof I had mailed them the original Sept 29. I stated they have the proof I sent them the original payment the letter with content to close and explanation of events and they signed for it. They continue to charge me daily interest even though I have called almost daily to try to close this account, they state the payment I paid went mostly towards interest I owed and now I owe them 600 in principle and 500 in interest and 30 days later, Donna Chilton states they are going to put it on my excellent credit and also I signed a lien for my home and they will use this if 1200 dollars more isn't paid. I am very frustrated and upset and they call my home at least 5 to ten times daily even though I have called and put in writing to stop calling me. I don't know what else to do or where else to turn. They keep tacking on charges daily and are very rude and relentless with trying to compromise... I just want this account closed.
