Sorry and ruthless ripoff

These people are SORRY! My mom financed a mobile home through these people last year. Well, she got sick and is now on disability. She's been doing the best she can. She gets 1 month behind (Nov. 2006) and on Dec. 1, she calls to give them a payment and they REFUSE! The man who has been calling her has told her she can just live in her car and asking her why she paid her electric bill and stupid things like that. Well, now he's telling her that they will take her disability check even after she moves out of the mobile home.

They are CRAZY! I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I am not done with this. We are planning on court action or whatever it takes. Since when does someone have the right to harass a senior citizen and belittle them? How would he feel if someone had done this to his mom? I have read other complaints against Vanderbilt and I see that she's not the only one. Someone has got to do something! They do not need to be in business. Very unethical!
